What’s this study about
Cannabidiol (CBD), one of over 100 components found in the cannabis plants, has gathered a lot of attention for its therapeutic potential to help manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and provide pain relief. However, there is still much to learn about how CBD is metabolized in the human body.
Our study aims to understand how CBD is processed in the human body in both fasting and fed conditions.Participants will take an oral CBD formulation and undergo multiple blood draws during the study.
Who Can Participate?
- Age range: 21 to 55
- Health status: Healthy volunteers
- Location: Reside in Quebec
- Visits: A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 visits at our clinic in Montreal.
- Language: English/French
