AUTHORIZATION TO CONTACT

Since 2014, Santé Cannabis has been leading research studies of medical cannabis treatments to advance our understanding of medical cannabis.   

Therefore, we would like your permission to review your medical records and determine whether you might be eligible to join any of these studies at the appropriate time. All our studies are approved by an independent ethics committee.  

If you agree to be contacted, then we might contact you in the future and provide you with detailed information about a specific study. At that time, you may decide whether you are interested in participating in the study.  

Your permission would be greatly appreciated, but it is completely voluntary.  

This means that if you are not interested in participating in research you can refuse to be contacted. Your decision will have no impact at all on the care you will receive at Santé Cannabis.
